| Goal Orientation: A person that scores high considers goals important. A person that scores low thinks of goals as unimportant. |
| Individual Motives: Persons that score high will decide for themselves, have an internal frame of reference. People that score low do not consider taking their own decisions as being important. It doesn't motivate them. |
This person falls into the orange zone for the following attitude elements.
| Initiation: A person with a high score wants immediate action. A person with a low score considers taking action as less important. |
| Alternatives: A person that scores high will always be seeking other ways. A person that score low will be less motivated by finding other options. |
This person falls into the red zone for the following attitude elements.
| Reflecting & Patience: A person with a high score tends to think things through.A person with a low score has a limited amount of patience. |
| Problem Solving: A person that scores high is focussed on problems that may arise and is motivated by getting them out of the way. A person that scores low may be demotivated by having to tackle problems. |
This person falls into the grey zone for the following attitude elements.
| External Reference: Persons that score high will want feedback and want to have other people's opinion before deciding. Persons that score low do not need other's input. It may be even be demotivating to them. |
