Sample Test Question

• Sample test question - See what the test questions are like, both on the online version and the pen-and-paper version. The interface you will see is used for the iWAM and VSQ tests. The COMET technology uses questions on a Lickert scale. To get an idea of how the test operates (and to see your own profile), take the complete tests.

Report Samples

• iWAM Profile Management Report
• Section 1: Describing the person, and how he or she scores on each pattern
• Section 4: How the person compares to the standard group, and what language will motivate this person

• The Report: A description of the person's biggest strengths and a few areas of development
• The Graph: A spiral graph which serves as a visually appealing way to illustrate the ranking of all 48 metaprograms for an individual

  This report uses side-by-side graphs to compare group members with each other and with a standard group for each pattern the iWAM measures.

  jobEQ offers a vast array of reports, leaving you to choose the ones you like the most. For instance, here are some other graphical reports you can generate:
  • iWAM Personal Graph: Similar to section 4 of the management report, but with a graphic in stead of a bar-chart
  • iWAM Team Graph: This report is similar in content as the Team Comparison Report, but fits on one page
  
   
• Extra iWAM reports with a Model of excellence
  When a reference model is made for a specific job-role, a whole set of additional reports will be available:
  • iWAM Ranking Report - This report offers an objective ranking of all candidates, so it will be easy to know who to interview
  • iWAM Reference Comparison Report This report offers a comparison of a candidate and a reference model, showing exactly how close the candidate comes to the ideal score for each variable
  • iWAM Comparison Graph: Combines the personal graph with a reference models (as in the Reference Comparison report)
  • iWAM Team Graph with model: Combines the Team Graph with a model of excellence
  
   
• COMET Individual Feedback Report - The individual feedback report for COMET - here we show you a sample for our COMET/EQ questionnaire.
• COMET 360° Feedback Report - This report shows the self-assessment side-by-side with the assessment scores of peers, superiors, and subordinates on each item
